Facilities Manager

Aaron keeps our venues in tip-top shape and tackles all sorts of projects at Sycamore Creek - like building hay forts for our Fall Roundup. We often wonder if there’s anything he can’t do. He always seems to find a way to figure out a solution or fix a problem. He is our go-to fix-it man!

Abby

Director of Special Events and Staff Management

Abby coordinates and executes the incredible community events at Sycamore Creek. She has a true gift for managing our event staff and brightens everyone’s day with her sweet spirit and smiling face! She’s also super talented at hand-lettering and creating her own art. If you see a sign at one of our events with beautiful lettering, that’s all Abby!

Courtney

Director of Special Events and Public Relations

Courtney specializes in creating and facilitating memorable community events at Sycamore Creek. She’s also the face behind our social media accounts and does such a great job connecting with our followers through social outlets. Some of you have also seen her in our Sycamore Creek baking videos. She’s a baking queen!

Dawn

Executive Assistant

From running payroll, filing expense reports, overseeing the onboarding process for new staff, taking on new projects, or encouraging our team, Dawn is the glue that holds Sycamore Creek’s office together. It seems there’s nothing she can’t do! She’s always willing to learn something new or figure out a new process. She’s a huge asset to our team - especially when she brings flowers and watermelon from her garden!

Lisa

Co-Owner & Executive Director of Events, Business Administration, and Lodging

Lisa oversees Sycamore Creek’s business operations. She is the dreamer on our team and always has endless ideas for Sycamore Creek! When she isn’t dreaming up new ideas or decorating our venues, you can find Lisa brainstorming ways to improve business operations. She is also currently running our wedding business.

Mike

Co-Owner & Executive Director of Business Development and Property Management

Mike oversees all aspects of new construction and special projects related to the development of the Sycamore Creek property. He enjoys strategic planning and casting the vision for Sycamore Creek with his wife, Lisa. Mike is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and loves talking with our patrons. Be sure to tell him hi the next time you’re at the ranch!
