It’s time for cozy blankets, mugs of hot cocoa, football games, crackling fires, leaves in colorful hues, and of course – our annual Fall Roundup!

Here at Sycamore Creek, we celebrate Fall in an “organic” way that honors the best of nature and farm life. We offer a full menu of great activities for you and your family and friends to enjoy! We invite you to come out and soak in the fresh air and natural beauty as you play at the farm. If you love the Fall Roundup and just don’t want to leave the property, we now offer lodging in our Conestoga Wagons!

Birthday Parties.

Host your birthday party at The Fall Roundup!

Pricing: $50 for 3 pre-reserved, prepaid tables for up to 2 hours for your event.

Time slots: 3:00 – 5:00 | 5:00 – 7:00

*Tables seat 8 guests per table.

All party participants are required to pay admission to the Fall Roundup. Receive $1 off admission price per ticket by paying with one form of payment for an organized group of 20+.

Outside food and drink:

We do not allow outside food and drink inside the Fall Roundup area; however, we do allow you to bring a cake or other birthday party related dessert for you and your guests.

Private Fire Pit Rental.

Private fire pit rental inside the Fall Roundup area for groups with up to 15 guests.

Pricing: $30 for 1-hour rental.

Time slots:
3:00 – 4:00 | 4:00 - 5:00 | 5:00 – 6:00 | 6:00 - 7:00 | 7:00 - 8:00

Includes: Wood and a fire start. Seating for approximately 10 guests on boulders and chairs.

We do not allow outside food and drink inside the Fall Roundup area.

Fall Roundup FAQ

  • Your admission fee covers all Fall Roundup activities. Merchandise and concessions are available for purchase.

  • Sycamore Creek does not offer refunds on Fall Roundup tickets. If you are unable to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance, you are welcome to attend on another date before the season ends. If there isn’t another date the works for you, please be aware that your ticket will not be refunded.

  • Sycamore Creek is happy to host your group at the Fall Roundup. Please contact us at events@sycamorecreekfamilyranch.com for more information regarding private events at the Roundup.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed. However, we do allow one sealed commercial bottled water per person as well as snacks for small children. Coolers, cooler bags, drink tumblers, and alcohol are not permitted on the Sycamore Creek property. Keep in mind that we have plenty of drinks, delicious food, and tasty snacks available for purchase at the Fall Roundup.

  • In the event of inclement weather, we will post weather-related event closing information on our Facebook page and Instagram stories. If nothing has been posted, we are still open! Please keep in mind that we cannot control the weather and there may be dates when an unforeseen storm hits and requires us to close on the day of the event.

  • While we love animals, outside animals are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring your pets with you.

  • We do offer group rates at the Roundup. Organized groups of 20+ paying guests (ages 3 and up) will receive $1 off the admission price per ticket. In order to receive a discount, you will need to pay for your group with one form of payment. Please email us at events@sycamorecreekfamilyranch.com to notify us of your groups' attendance prior to your arrival.

  • For the safety of our farm and the health of our guests, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on the Sycamore Creek property. If you need to smoke, you are welcome to do so in your vehicle, but please keep your cigarette butts inside your car to prevent fire and to keep our property clean and beautiful. Please note: Recreational drugs are not allowed on the Sycamore Creek property.

  • Sycamore Creek is no longer hosting field trips at the Fall Roundup.

  • We recommend wearing close-toed shoes. Dress appropriately for the weather.

  • You will be outdoors in the sunshine. Wear sunscreen - and bring extra sunscreen with you.
