Aaron

Facilities Manager

Aaron keeps our venues in tip-top shape and tackles all sorts of projects at Sycamore Creek - like building hay forts for our Fall Roundup. We often wonder if there’s anything he can’t do. He always seems to find a way to figure out a solution or fix a problem. He is our go-to fix-it man!

Ellie

Private Event Operations & Event Team Lead

Ellie handles all things weddings and private events, and also manages the event staff at Sycamore Creek. She loves making the process feel easy with clear communication, detailed organization, and a friendly presence. Her goal is for clients to feel supported, excited, and genuinely cared for!

In her free time, Ellie enjoys reading, spending time outside, long baths, and hanging out with her adorable husband! :)

Kari

Business Operations Manager

From running payroll, filing expense reports, overseeing the onboarding process for new staff, taking on new projects, or encouraging our team, Kari is a quick learner and a huge asset to Sycamore Creek. Kids’ ministry is her passion. The most cherished kids’ ministry is to her own children in her home.

Lisa

Co-Owner & Executive Director of Events, Business Administration, and Lodging

Lisa oversees Sycamore Creek’s business operations. She is the dreamer on our team and overflows with endless ideas for Sycamore Creek! When she isn’t dreaming up new ideas or decorating our venues, you can find Lisa brainstorming ways to improve business operations.
