Designed by an architect and engineer as an upscale event venue, this is not your grandpa’s old animal barn. Utilizing time-honored craftsmanship, this climate-controlled masterpiece boasts 30-foot ceilings, a stained concrete floor, an expansive covered back porch, design elements from local artisans, timber frame construction, and massive hand-carved beams using trees sourced from across the nation. Custom techniques beautifully evoke the rich character of a place with a storied past - yet newly built for today. A private bridal suite with ensuite bathroom, private groom’s room, outdoor gathering area under string lights, porch swings, a fire pit, and commercial kitchen also enhance this venue for successful private events. The ceremony site at the sycamore tree directly behind the Heartwood Barn provides the perfect option for outdoor ceremonies or concerts.
