*Package does not include Sycamore Creek customizations listed on website (draping, fireworks, hayrides, etc), catering, beverages, liquor, bartenders, DJ/music for any event outside of the wedding ceremony/reception, additional DJ services (i.e., photo booth, uplighting, band/DJ hybride, etc.), photographer, accommodations or activities not listed, etc.
The following items will be added/required: Sales tax + $2,000 security deposit for the property/venues/activities + $2,000 security deposit for all lodging + Special Event Insurance paid/provided by client
